From the files of C Brandt. Interesting nature of C Brandt was to study every aspect of not only the document that he was restoring but also every aspect of the creator of the document. The first document is a memoire of Des Barres followed by a chronology of his life. These are typical of the degree of research C Brandt would undertake on the subject of his restoration. This same approach is evident in his efforts in his other restoration projects related to the environmental and the human spirit.
