Native hopes build with appointment of Petter

Charles Brandt was advocating on behalf of First Nations for a long period of time. His first effort was as a chaplain in the local Snowden prison where he wrote letters in the 1970’s to the Bishop and other officials about the deplorable treatment of First Nation’s youth. This article reflects his hope and his long held lament for the injustices heaped upon our fellow First Nations people.
