Operation Paper Lift by Peter Bower and Charles Brandt

Operation Paper Lift was in response to a fire in Winnipeg that damaged records from two social service agencies. The paper outlines how the Provincial Archives in Manitoba, the Canadian Armed Forces and Government Services came together to save the damaged records.
