In this light, we also encourage you to find a local group and volunteer your time, become a member, or make a much needed donation to one of the many organizations that work to preserve the natural world. Let’s join together to continue the work begun by the luminaries who blazed the trail of restoring rivers, shorelines, ocean and forests of Comox Valley and Campbell River. And, if you reside in a different community, take the time to get to know the organizations working to keep your small part of the planet healthy and intact.
