It is interesting to explore Charles Brandt’s lobbying technique. One approach was to lay out the context of the environmental disparagement, provide the history of government actions, the government’s findings from various attempts to rectify the disparagement, shine a light on the lack of progress and continue a call for action.
Little did Charles know at this stage that it would take another 28 years to see the results of his letter writing efforts.
